Origin/meaning
The Demi Dragon is included as a complete one forms part of the Badge of RAF Station Colerne from where the Squadron flew some of its first Missions. The Maple leaves symbolises co-operation with the Canadian Army in Europe. The Rocket allude to the Squadron's Weapons. The Badge was approved in September 1945.
