Escudo de vermelho, com um loureiro de verde frutado de ouro num terrado de negro realçado de verde. O tronco acompanhado por duas flores-de-lis de ouro. Em chefe um crescente de prata e um sol de ouro. Coroa mural de prata com quatro torres. Listel de branco com os dizeres : " VILA DA LOURINHÃ ", de negro.

The arms were officially granted on November 5, 1941.
