Arms: Sable, on a fesse between three open books argent embellished Or, a lion passant guardant gules.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, A dragon passant gules holding in the dexter claw a parchment roll proper tied with a riband azure.
Supporters: On either side a dragon gules, each gorged with a collar and suspended therefrom by a chain Or a closed book argent embellished gold.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 12, 1919.
