1ST COOCH BEHAR INFANTRY, COOCH BEHAR

History:raised some time in the early part of the 16th Century. Fought alongside the British in the Bhutan Campaign of 1984. Reorganised in 1942 under the Indian State Forces Scheme. Disbanded in 1950.
