Origin/meaning

The three fields symbolize the villages of Regesbostel, Holtorfsbostel and Rahmstorf, which make up the municipality. The three-button fibula from the 5th to 6th century AD was found on a burial ground near Rahmstorf and points to the early settlement of the Regesbostel area.
