Di nero all’aquila d’oro coronata con corona all’antica dello stesso. Lo scudo è sormontato dalla corona speciale d’oro, formata dal cerchio brunito, cordonato ai margini, coronato da sedici sferette d’oro, nove visibili, sostenute da punte.Sotto lo scudo, su lista bifida svolazzante di nero, il motto, in lettere maiuscole d’oro, UT VULT DEUS. Lo scudo è ornato da due fronde di alloro e di quercia, di verde, con le drupe e le ghiande d’oro, decussate in punta e legate dal nastro di rosso.
