Wappen von Wehldorf

Official blazon

(de)

Origin/meaning

The arms show six firesteels and a wavy bar. The bar represents the (former) Wedel river after which the village was named (Wedeldorp). The firesteels symbolise the 6 farms in the village around 1500 when the village was first mentioned.
