Escudo de azul, com uma banda de prata, aguada do campo, entre duas canas de açúcar de verde. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro : " MACHICO ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 2, 1996 and the previous arms (above left) were granted on January 14, 1947.
