I fält av guld en svart kolmila med miltrappa, block och strävor av silver samt åtföljd ovan av två och nedan av ett kors, alla röda med svagt utböjda armar.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted in 1954.
The arms show a charcoal oven, derived from the old seal of the parish. The oven represents the formerly important production of charcoal for the area.
The three crosses refer to the three former municipalities (parishes) that merged in 1952.
