History: Formed at Nottingham in April 1941 as Nottingham University Air Squadron.

A quiverful of arrows (quiver brown, strapped gules doubled brown. Arrows brown, flighted azure)
Motto: Srength in reserve.
Origin/meaning
The Quiver symbolises the Link with Nottingham and Robin Hood. It is also symbolic of the strength in reserve being avaliable if required. The Badge was granted to the Nottingham University Air Squadron in February 1947.
