Escudo de azul, duas espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas de verde, atadas no pé com torçal de prata, acompanhados em chefe à dextra por uma cruz da Ordem do Templo, de vermelho e contornada de prata, e à sinistra por uma roda dentada de ouro; em campanha uma ponte de um arco de prata, lavrada de negro e firmada nos flancos. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ CARVALHOSA “.
