Bordura de oro con cuatro corazones de gules y cuatro áncoras de sable alternados. Se presenta cargado sobre un campo de pergamino de plata, al pie del mismo cinta flotante con la leyenda: "CUNA DEL DESCUBRIMIENTO", por timbre corona real abierta. |
