English White; in front of a fountain fimbriated gold five sallow leaves the stalks conjoined in the centre.

Motto: Industria vincit

Origin/meaning

A pun on the Name Salford. The leaves also symbolises the Cotton Industry. The Badge was approved in 1984. The Motto translates as "Industry conquers".
