Lauben.jpg

Official blazon

Gespalten; vorne geteilt von Rot und Blau, hinten in Silber übereinander drei schräg liegende grüne Laubblätter.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on July 7, 1966.

The red and blue right half of the arms is derived from the arms of the Kempten Convent, to which the area belonged for many centuries until the early 19th century. The leaves (Laub-blätter) are a canting element.
