KLEIN-KARBEN
State : Hessen
District (Kreis) : Wetteraukreis (until 1975 Friedberg-Hessen)
Incorporated into : 1970 Karben
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted in 1961.
The arms show in the lower half a canting garb (Garbe) for the former Lords of Carben (who also used a garb) and for agriculture. The chief shows three crosses, symbolising the local church, which was the first church in the area.
