SCHULZENDORF
State : Brandenburg
District (Kreis) : Dahme-Spreewald
Official blazon
(de) Unter grünem Schildhaupt, belegt mit einem silbernen Schulzenstab, ein grüner Malvenzweig mit vier (3:1) roten Blüten
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on October 12, 1995.
The arms show in the chief a canting "Schulzenstab" of 'sheriff-stick', a canting element for the name of the municipality. The base shows four Malva flowers, one for each of the four villages in the municipality. The lower flower symbolises the oldest village, Altdorf, from which the other three developed.
