Escudo de prata, monte de verde firmado nos flancos e movente de um pé ondado de prata e azul de três tiras, entre um gládio e uma falcata de vermelho; em chefe, torre de azul, aberta, frestada e realçada do campo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DE MONDIM DE BASTO “.
