- (de) In Blau der heilige Vinzenz in silberner, mit goldenen Fransen besetzter Dalmatik über rotem Untergewand, in der Rechten ein Merschl, in der Linken ein Griesbeil haltend.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 17, 1953.
The arms show Saint Vincent of Zaragoza, patron saint of foresters and the local church. The saint thus represents the formerly great importance of forestry and the saint also holds two typical forestry tools.
