Arms: Per fess Vert and Argent, a fess barry wavy of four Argent and Azure, in chief an eagle displayed Or on a rock Argent, and in base a willow tree proper.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 15, 1965.

The eagle is taken from the arms of Frankfurt am Main, after which the town of Frankfort is named. The waves and the willow three are canting (Wilgerivier means willow-river).
