HMS ST GEORGE, ROYAL NAVY

History: Royal Navy Training Base at Douglas, Isle of Man 1939-1945. Later used by the Special Duties School at Fareham, Hampshire.

English Blue; St George on foot armed cap-a-pie proer with surcoat white charged with a cross red holding a sword and slaying the dragon breathing fire proper.

Origin/meaning

Patron Saint of England. The Badge was approved in 1946.
