Revision as of 12:38, 28 January 2024 by Knorrepoes (talk | contribs) (Text replacement - "Deceased :" to "'''Deceased''':")
GEBHARD (ARCHBISHOP OF SALZBURG)
Born: 1010 (?)
Deceased: June 15, 1088
Archbishop of Salzburg, 1060-1088
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
Apocryphal arms.
The arms seem to be a combination of the arms of Admont, as he founded Admont Abbey, and the lions of Kärnten, as he was much involved in that region, or of Schwaben, where he originated.
