Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 30, 2005.

The Olympic Rings refer to the Olympic Village of the 1936 games that was situated in what is now the municipality of Wustermark (then Dallgow). The bar forms the letter W and the bordure has 5 times red and silver, one set for each of the former municipalities. The rings also officially represent the merger of the five villages (the official Olympic Rings have different colours).
