Sini-kultakatkoinen kilpi. Sinisessä kentässä kaksi kultaista tykkiä ristikkäin ja kultaisessa kentässä musta ankkuri.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 18, 1969

The arms are a combination of guns, as a symbol for Loviisa being a bordertown, and an anchor, as a symbol for sea faring. The arms were originally granted in 1756.
