Parti: au 1er de gueules au dextrochère de carnation, paré d’azur, mouvant d’une nuée d’argent, tenant une épée haute du même, garnie d’or et accostée en chef de deux cailloux d’or, au 2e mi-parti d’azur à l’aigle d’or.
Origin/meaning
The arms combine the arms of the Cathedral Chapter of Metz (arm) with the eagle of the St. Arnould abbey, as the village has been a possession of both entities during the centuries.
