RETTENSCHÖSS
State : Tirol
District : Kufstein
Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on July 27, 1982.
The village historically was first part of Bavaria and became part of Tirol in 1504. This is symbolised in the arms which combine a claw from the Tyrolean eagle and the diamonds of Bayern.
