Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on October 25, 2011.

The arms refer to the great hurricane that passed over Łaziska in 1738. It appears for the first time on the seal from the eighteenth century, with 6 falling leaves. In 2008 the Heraldry Commission of the Ministry of the Interior advised to simplify the arms, which was carried out in 2011.
