Origin/meaning

The colours are those of the Adjutant General's Corps. The Quill symbolises the training role of the Batttalion and the connection with the Adjutant General's Corps. The Sword stands for the military role. the Laurel wreath indicates victory and excellence. The Sun in the Crest indicates service in the Philippines during World War II. For which the unit was awarded the Philippine Presidental Unit Citation.

Approved on 15 April 1987.
