Origin/meaning

The Squadron was originally a Fighter Squadron symbolised by the Sword, by wich one reaches the goal Victory/Luck symbolised by the Clover Leaf. The badge was originally aprroved by King Haakon VII and later by King Olav V on 10 September 1980. The Present form of the badge was approved by the Chief of Defence on 3 July 2008.
