History: Constituted as 4 AAF Combat Camera Unit on 4 February 1943. Activated on 12 February 1943. Inactivated on 2 December 1945. Redesignated as 4 Combat Camera Squadron on 7 March 1996. Activated in the Reserve on 31 March 1996. Inactivated on 31 July 2015. Activated on 3 March 2017.
