Official blazon

Per bend argent and azure, a sphere light blue with grid lines of the first surmounted overall by two parallel branches, the upper issuant from dexter chief, the lower issuant from sinister base both bendwise and terminating in fess or, radiant from sinister chief, two lightning flashes gules surmounted by and arc of five chien links issuant from sinister chief of the fifth, in dexter base an arc of four mullets silver all within a diminished border gold.


Origin/meaning

The Emblem was approved 21 January 1959.
