Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted in July 2017.
The red field and the Occitan cross are the symbols of Languedoc, the region in which Brandonnet is situated.
The rivers represent the two major watercourses of Brandonnet that are the Aveyron which limits the territory to the south by passing from right to left and the Alzou which also crosses it from right to left in the center, just below the village.
The broom refers to the name of the town.
The wheat indicates the agricultural character of the municipality.
