Official blazon

Arms : Azure, on water in base harry wavy argent and azure, a ship full-rigged with sail furled proper; on a chief Or an orange tree eradicated and fructed, a thistle slipped and leaved, a rose gules barbed and seeded, and a leek, all proper.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, In front of an escallop a sea horse between two coils of rope, all proper.
Motto: In parvis potestas.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 5, 1963.
