Escudo de vermelho, roda dentada e feixe de espigas de trigo, tudo de ouro e alinhados em faixa; em chefe, açor voante de prata, segurando com as garras um escudete de azul carregado de cinco besantes de prata; em ponta, arado volvido do mesmo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: «CABOUCO - LAGOA».
