Escudo de azul, torre de prata, aberta e lavrada, de negro, acompanhada em chefe de uma mão aberta do mesmo, ladeada por dois ramos de macieira de ouro. Coroa mural de quatro torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda em maoúsculas, a negro: «CELA - ALCOBAÇA».
