Escudo de prata, poço de neve de negro, lavrado e realçado do campo, entre dois ramos de castanheiro de verde, folhados do mesmo e frutados de ouro; em campanha, cabra passante, de vermelho, realçada de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " COENTRAL ".
