Escudo de prata, com três fornos de cerâmica de vermelho, realçados de negro e abertos de ouro; campanha de burelas ondadas de azul e prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ FORNELOS - BARCELOS “.
