GERARD AND REID LTD.
Arms: Quarterly gules and ermine, a lion rampant Or gorged with a ducal coronet, a chain affixed thereto passing between the forelegs and reflexed over the back Or, grasping with the dexter paw a sword in bend sinister proper, pomel and hilt gold.
Motto: Verbum nostrum satis.
