Zilā laukā apvērsts zelta leņķmērs, ko krusto tāds pats cirkulis, virs tā trīs tādas pašas piecstaru zvaigznes; vairoga pēdā ar šaha dalījumu trīs rindas: sudrabs, melns. Virs vairoga sudraba – melna grīste, kleinodā zelta saule ar 16 stariem, uz tās sarkans ķetnu krusts. Vairoga turētāji – sudraba grifi, kas stāv uz zelta lentes ar melnu devīzi: INTERRUPTA RETEXAM.
