English White a fess wavy green two dragon's wings red and white.

Origin/meaning

An inlet of the Irish Sea. In the Welsh National Colours. The Green Fess is from the County Arms have been made wavy. The Wings allude to the Dragon Supporters of the County Arms. See Carnarvonshire. The badge was approved in 1953.
