HMS DRAKE, ROYAL NAVY

History: Name given to the Devonport Barracks in Plymouth since 1934.

Motto: Sic parvis magna

Origin/meaning

From the arms of Sir Francis Drake. The Latin Motto translates as "Thus great things arise from small". The badge was approved in 1953.
