English 1956: Blue; on a base barry wavy of four white and blue between on the dexter side a dragon rampant red collared and crowned gold and on the sinister side a horse rmapant white the stern of an ancient ship

gold flying from a flagstaff also gold a Commodore's broad pennant (charged to a masthead pennant in 1961)<7br> 1996: Blue; on a mount green a triple-towered castle the outher towers steepled proper and surmounted by an anchor black.

Origin/meaning

The 1996 Badge shows the Crest of the Town's Arms granted 1950. The Badges was approved 1956 and 1996.
