Gedeeld, 1. in lazuur een Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Sedes Sapientiae van zilver, voor de Universiteit van Leuven; 2. in zilver in het hoofd een aanziende stierenkop van sabel, rechts vergezeld van een roos van keel, geknopt van goud en gepunt van sinopel, links van een meerl van sinopel, in de flanken twee lelies van lazuur~ in de voet rechts een omgewende meerl van sinopel en links een roos van keel, geknopt van goud en gepunt van sinopel. Het schild geplaatst voor een processiekruis. Groene prelatenhoed met aan weerszijden van het schild zes kwasten. Wapenspreuk: IN TE SPERAVI.
