- (de) Geviert; 1: in Blau ein goldenes, aus der Teilungslinie hervorgehendes Kleeblattkreuz; 2: in Rot ein silbernes, aufgerichtetes, auf der vorderen und hinteren Kuppe eines schwarzen Dreiberges stehendes Einhorn; 3: in Rot zwei silberne Pfähle; 4: in Silber auf grünem Dreiberg, darin eine silberne Wellenleiste, an grünen Stengeln mit je sechs Blättern drei blaue Flachs(Lein)blüten mit goldenen Butzen.

Origin/meaning
The arms show the cross and pales from the diocesan arms impaled with the personal arms of the bishop. The upper half of the personal; arms shows the arms of the town of Perg where he was born. The lower half refers his parents, a flowing river (fliessen=to flow) and flax plants (for making oil, his mother's family owned a flax-oil press).
