I fält av silver en uppskjutande vårdkase med röd låga och däröver fyra bjälvis ordnade riksgränstecken i blått.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on November 1, 1957.
The area is on the border with Norway and the base shows the warning fire (beacon) on the Vårdfjäll in the municipality. The small crosses refer to the border itself.
