A landscape all proper. In the foreground (sinister) the figure of a priest in black cassock and shovel hat, a rosary at his belt, holding a book and preaching to a group of three indians, in a river in middle distance a large fish swimming; in the distance, on one of three low hills (dexter) a stag couchant under a pine tree; in the sky (sinister chief) a Latin cross sable, rayed of the same.

Motto: In justitia et pace.
