Escudo de azul, um monte de negro coberto de prata e contornado do mesmo, saínte de uma ponta ondeada de prata e verde e brocante nesta, um atum nadante de negro; em chefe, dois cachos de uvas de ouro, folhados do mesmo; sobreposto ao monte, barco de prata vestido do mesmo e realçado de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda em maiúsculas de negro : “ FREGUESIA DA MADALENA “.
