History: Raised at Narborough, Leics in January 1918.

An Indian Warrior's head with head-dress all proper.
Motto: For Liberty.

Origin/meaning

The Indian Head symbolises the American Volunteers that made up the Squadron. As said by the Motto they fought "For Liberty". The badge was granted in September 1942.
