History: Raised at Farnborough in October 1915.

In front of a wreath of laurel vert a mullet Or.
Motto: In caelum indicum primus.


Origin/meaning

The Mullet symbolises the Star of India and the Laurel Wreath the high honour achieved by the Squadron. The Motto translates "First in the Indian Skies". The badge was granted in June 1937.
