History: First formed in 1941 at Royal Naval Air Station Lee-on-Solent later moving to Royal Naval Air Station Speke, Liverpool. Disbanded in 1945.

Per fess wavy gold and black; a cormorant statant wings addorsed proper collared to aline reflexed over the back red and attached to a drogue also red.

Origin/meaning

The Cormorant alludes to the location in Liverpool. The Drougue symbolises Target Towing one of the Roles of the Squadron. The Badge was approved in 1944.
