Escudo de negro, com uma faixa de prata carregada por dois sobreiros de verde landados de ouro, arrancados de negro, troncados do mesmo e descascados de vermelho. Em chefe, uma torre torreada de prata, aberta e iluminada de vermelho, acompanhada de dois ramos de três espigas de trigo de ouro. Em contra-chefe três faixas ondadas, duas de prata e uma de azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " VILA DE ODEMIRA ", de negro.
